The Future Climate Foundation is a nonprofit business unit born out of a commitment to climate justice, environmental conservation, and sustainable development, with a special focus on the Amazon. We implement projects that combine biodiversity protection, education, income generation, land tenure regularization, bioeconomy, and the empowerment of traditional and Indigenous communities. We believe that addressing climate change requires integrated and collaborative solutions.
That is why we bring together technical expertise, strategic alliances, and diverse funding sources to transform realities and build a more just and balanced future for people and the planet.
We ensure that all Nonprofit Sector projects under the Future Climate Group include the Community Institutional Strengthening Plans (PFIC) and impact metrics based on robust indicators. We work with a focus on efficiency, scale, and evidence.
Each project is born from participatory diagnostics and strategic plans co-created with communities, always valuing active listening.
We prioritize local institutional capacity-building—training leaders, supporting associations, and fostering autonomy.
All initiatives are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and we use digital technologies to measure impact.
Our mission is to catalyze sustainable change through innovative projects that strengthen environmental resilience, biodiversity conservation, and social inclusion. We work with integrity and transparency, valuing local knowledge and promoting environmental education and socioeconomic development for a fairer and more sustainable future.
The Future Climate Foundation operates across multiple integrated fronts to promote climate justice, social inclusion, and sustainable development—especially in the Amazon. Our projects are guided by active listening, technical knowledge, and transformative impact.

The “Warriors of Nature” project provides enriching experiences for children, focusing on personal development and karate training. The activities promote integration, friendship, and team spirit.
Since its inception in October 2023, the project has made significant progress in the community of Morrinhos. Participants have shown strong engagement and experienced positive personal impacts. Special events and competitions have enhanced their martial arts skills and offered opportunities for social and emotional growth. With a welcoming and motivating environment, the project has become a valuable space for learning and exchange of experiences, preparing students for future challenges.
Our biodiversity initiatives are growing, with current efforts concentrated in the Rio Madeira and Urupianga projects.
A total of 358 species have already been recorded:
Our data is constantly updated, such as a recent sighting of a giant anteater is not yet included in the initial list. A joint inventory of the flora and biomass is also underway.
Scientific Research Promotion: Collaborating with universities and institutions to turn project areas into spaces for research and data-driven biodiversity management.
Threat Mitigation: Habitat protection, environmental education, and risk control—including domestic animal management in sensitive areas like Rio Madeira.
Continuous Biodiversity Monitoring: Using tools like camera traps and birdwatching campaigns to track progress and ensure conservation effectiveness.
Launched in July 2024, this Technical and Financial Cooperation Agreement between EMBRAPA, the Amazônia Soul Institute, and Grupo Tupá promotes sustainable practices in Brazil nut harvesting in: in the southern part of the Amazonas state, especially at the Nova Fronteira Farm in the Rio Madeira region.
AI-Assisted Brazil Nut Tree Mapping: Drones and an AI algorithm developed by EMBRAPA identified thousands of trees over 26,000 hectares. The technology helps optimize harvest routes. Next: train 30 gatherers in georeferencing apps.
Sustainable Logistics with Animal Support: Due to a poor 2024 harvest, efforts shifted to improve transport logistics. Donkeys were provided to help gatherers transport heavy loads. EMBRAPA will assess gains in efficiency and well-being. All participants receive PPE kits and safety training.
Impact & Innovation: This project merges cutting-edge technology with traditional forest knowledge to promote efficiency, well-being, and conservation. Continuous training, accessible educational videos, and the use of mobile apps that place data directly in the hands of the gatherers.
Focused on direct support to Indigenous and traditional communities in protected areas, Amazônia Soul’s efforts span sustainable value chains, health, education, and community infrastructure.
Held annually, the Holiday Solidarity Campaign aims to bring joy and support to families in vulnerable state.
