To ensure an ethical and safe environment, we adopt methodologies and tools such as:
Code of Conduct and Ethics – guides our internal and external relationships (see below);
Ongoing Training and Monitoring – we educate our employees and partners on compliance and best practices while continuously reviewing our processes to identify improvement opportunities and ensure the adoption of best practices.
Secure and Independent Whistleblowing Channel – enables the reporting of potential irregularities while ensuring confidentiality and whistleblower protection.

Our goal is to ensure clarity on what can and cannot be done, integrating compliance procedures into our daily operations and business relationships.
Ethics Channel
Through the Ethics Channel, employees, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders can anonymously report concerns or allegations regarding conduct that violates the Code of Conduct and applicable laws. Reports are received by an independent company, ensuring confidentiality, and forwarded to the Compliance Board for review.
In addition to the Ethics Channel, we offer a dedicated channel for project-related matters, ensuring that specific issues receive the appropriate attention. We also provide a toll-free service, expanding access and promoting transparency in communication.
